Roberta Luck began tap dancing in college and continued her studies in Seattle with Cheryl Johnson and Anthony Peters. She became involved in both tap performance and production, working with Anacrusis Modern Tap Dance, presenter of the Seattle Festival of Tap Dance, and numerous National Tap Dance Day events. After relocating to the Bay Area, Roberta resumed her tap studies with Debbie Sternbach and Patty Meagher.
Her performing experience ranges from corporate events at the St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco to multicultural dance concerts and fundraisers, such as the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation's "Race for the Cure." In addition, she has appeared at the Allegro Ballroom in Emeryville, The Cannery in San Francisco and the Athenian in Danville. Most recently, Roberta was among the dancers from B.A.R.T. selected to represent the art of tap dance at an event celebrating National Dance Week, produced by the Lively Foundation and held at the historic Masonic Lodge in Mountain View. Roberta currently works as an interior designer for the Huntsman Architectural Group in San Francisco.
